These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Junipr (“Junipr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the services.

Service Description

Junipr provides an AI phone agent that answers the missed and after-hours calls a plumbing business can’t get to, and books or dispatches the job - so no call goes to voicemail and no job goes to the next plumber. Details of what’s included are agreed during onboarding.

SMS / Messaging Terms

Where you opt in, Junipr may send text messages related to our services - such as confirmations, scheduling, and account or support updates. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive these messages.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

Use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems.
Use the services in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law or carrier requirements.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call or message will be captured or delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junipr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
