Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Junipr (“Junipr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information. Junipr provides an AI phone agent that answers the missed and after-hours calls a plumbing business can’t get to, and books or dispatches the job. We’ve tried to write this in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@junipr.info.
This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics. It has one contact form - our sign-up form - and a button to schedule a call. We don’t track you as you browse.
Information We Collect
We collect information in a few specific situations:
- When you call our demo line. If you call the number on our site to hear the agent, we may collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide during the call.
- When you book a call. If you schedule time with us through our calendar/booking link, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- When you become a customer. During service onboarding we collect the business and contact details needed to set up and run the agent for your shop.
- When you submit our form. If you fill out our sign-up form, we collect the name, phone number, and email you provide (and, if you add them, your business name and city). If you check the SMS consent box, we also record that consent so we can text you. Name, phone, and email are required; the rest is optional.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and demo requests.
- Schedule and hold calls with you.
- Set up, provide, and support our services for your business.
- Send you service-related messages, including SMS where you’ve opted in (see below).
- Meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from Junipr, we’ll use your mobile number to send messages related to our services - for example, confirmations, scheduling, and account or support updates.
You can opt in one of three ways: by checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form on this website (it is unchecked by default and optional), verbally during an onboarding or consultation call, or in your signed service agreement. Consent to receive texts is never required to submit the form or to use our services. Your mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
Junipr does not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers. With trusted subcontractors and vendors who help us operate - such as scheduling, phone/SMS delivery, and customer support - and only so they can perform those services for us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Junipr, our customers, or others.
As stated above, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here - to provide our services, answer your questions, and meet legal and record-keeping requirements - and then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Choices & Rights
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask questions about how your information is handled.
To exercise any of these, email us at hello@junipr.info and we’ll take care of it.
